California Privacy Notice of Collection
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) requires us to provide you with additional details regarding: (1) the reasons for which we use each category of “personal information” (as defined by the CCPA) that we collect, and (2) the categories of third parties to whom we (a) disclose personal information for business purposes, (b) "share" personal information for "cross-context behavioral advertising," or (c) "sell" personal information. Under the CCPA, “sharing” refers to targeting advertisements to a consumer based on personal information obtained from their activity across different websites, while "selling" refers to disclosing personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable compensation.
We “share” information to deliver more relevant and personalized advertising about our services. Although we do not sell our customers' personal information to third parties for money, our use of third-party analytics and online advertising services may involve sharing online identifiers (such as cookie data, IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage information), which could be considered a "sale" under the CCPA.

Your choices regarding “sharing” and “selling”
You have the right to opt out of Bose’s sharing/sale of your personal information for purposes of online analytics and advertising by visiting “Your privacy choices.” To opt out of the offline disclosure of your information to third parties for these purposes, please contact us.
Other CCPA rights
If we ever provide financial incentives in exchange for your personal information, we will give you relevant details about those incentives. The CCPA also gives you the right to limit the use or disclosure of your "sensitive personal information" (as defined by the CCPA) if it is used for certain purposes. However, please note that we only use or disclose sensitive personal information for business purposes that are exempt from opt-out rights under the CCPA. Notice concerning Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our websites for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide the variety of opt-out mechanisms listed above, and in our Cookies Notice. Some web browsers offer users a “Do Not Track” privacy preference setting in the web browser. We do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals. California “Shine the Light” disclosure
The California “Shine the Light” law grants California residents the right, under certain conditions, to opt out of the sharing of specific categories of personal information (as defined by the law) with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Alternatively, we are required to provide a cost-free way for consumers to opt out of such disclosures. However, we do not currently share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
