Power Compatibility

AC Infinity products use either a USB connector or a standard North American NEMA 1-15P plug, but do not include international adapters. While many products support 100-240V AC and are compatible internationally, we recommend checking their technical specifications to confirm voltage compatibility. When used outside North America, a travel adapter may be required to fit local outlets, while a voltage converter is typically not needed unless the voltage is incompatible.

Customs and VAT

Duties and taxes are included in the shipping price, but does not cover any additional import-related fees. International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT), which AC Infinity Inc. collects and remits to the destination country. If an order is returned due to unpaid import fees, it will be treated as a return.

Packaging, Manuals, and Labels

Our products’ packaging, manuals, and labels are written in English. PDF manuals can be found on each product listing page. If a manual in your preferred language is not available on the product listing, you may use online translation tools to translate it.

Returns and Exchanges

AC Infinity accepts returns and exchanges for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Fees may apply when returned products are shipped back to you. The customer is responsible for all international back-and-forth shipping and brokerage fees resulting from returns or exchanges. Shipping charges, or any charges incurred by customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs, are not refundable. Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to AC Infinity upon delivery will be rejected. Please send inquiries to the selling channel where you made your purchase.

Warranty

AC Infinity warrants that all products sold will be free from defects for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid on orders placed directly through AC Infinity. If a product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, AC Infinity will repair or replace it (subject to fees when shipping internationally). Any modifications made or misuse of the product may void the warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back internationally for replacement or repairs.
