We aim to ship all general customer orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Most orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days ship out on the same day. Please refer to the table below for cut-off times of your chosen shipping option. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Partial Shipments from Pre-Orders and Backorders

General customer orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products will not be shipped until all the items in the order are available to ship. Please place in-stock items in a separate order from pre-order items if you need the in-stock items to be shipped out first.

For general customer orders containing back-ordered products, our customer service team will contact you to ask if you would like to wait until they are in stock, refund that product, or for the in-stock products to ship first.

Time Critical Orders and Air Shipments

For time-critical orders, the official cut-off time to guarantee your order will be shipped is 11:30 AM PST Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, including on weekends, will be shipped the next business day. If you are selecting the Second Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option and would like to receive your order on a Saturday, leave a note in the comments section of the checkout page, or mention this request when calling to place your order. There may be an additional charge by UPS for Saturday delivery. If no note is made for a Saturday delivery, your order may be delivered on the next business day.

Freight Collect

If you or your company have a valid UPS or FedEx account, you may opt to use Freight Collect by providing us with your shipping account number. Please contact us to place an order to ship with Freight Collect.

International Shipping

AC Infinity accepts orders from and ships to certain countries outside of the USA and Canada. Please note that international orders are subject to limited returns, exchanges, and warranty policies. Any customs, duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs, or brokerage fees arising from the shipment of the international order are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer and cannot be refunded by AC Infinity.
