Our warranty program is our commitment to you, the original customer, that each product sold by AC Infinity Inc. will be free from defects for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of purchase. Commercial grow lights and products that include them purchased on or after July 1, 2024 receive a FIVE YEAR warranty period. Commercial grow lights include large, bar-style fixtures such as the IONFRAME Series. Products that include them include system kits like the ADVANCE GROW SYSTEM. If a product is found to have a defect in material or performance, we will repair or replace it at our expense. Products returned for exchanges must be received and inspected before their replacements are shipped to you. Subject to discretion by AC Infinity.
Please note this does NOT cover non-durable goods or consumables designed to be recurrently used.
A FREE prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you to return the product back to us for repairs or replacement; this offer is available only for addresses in the USA.
