Why is my device not turning off or on when I programmed it to?
The most likely reason is there is a setting that is affecting your mode programming that you may not be aware of. The level set in your controller settings determines your devices levels triggered to turn off/on. The minimum level in the controller settings determines your device's level when triggered OFF. Set this minimum level to zero for your device to absolutely turn off. The max level in the controller settings determines your device level when triggered ON
Why is the controller not displaying the sensor readings?
Please check direct connection from the sensor to the dedicated sensor port, if connections are secure and the controller and app are producing a reading of two dashes (- -) please contact customer support here at this LINK
How do I stop my device from turning on and off to quickly in auto mode?
Your temperature range must be set with a wide enough span from one another in order for your devices to adjust levels smoothly. For example, let’s say you set the temperature transition to 2°F and you have your device set to run in AUTO mode with a High Temperature trigger set to 80°F degrees. The transition figure you had set of 2°F will create intervals of 2°F above your high temperature trigger point of 80°F. So from 80°F to 81°F, your device will run at level 1. From 82°F to 83°F, your device will run at level 2. Your device will continue increasing its level by 1 for each 2°F degree intervals it surpasses until it reaches the max level.
The app is freezing, lagging or crashing, especially after an App update.
Our controller provides a unified connection to your devices allowing it to retain all previous programming with or without Wi-Fi, as an alternative if you wish to make any further adjustments, Bluetooth connectivity is a useful alternative.
