Products sold by AC Infinity are covered by our two-year warranty, which starts from the date of purchase. If your product arrives with a defect in material or performance, we will repair or replace it at our expense. Physical defects should be reported within 30 days of receiving the product. Products returned for exchanges must be received and inspected before their replacements are shipped, subject to AC Infinity’s discretion. This warranty does not cover non-durable goods or consumables intended for repeated use. IONFRAME grow lights receive a five-year warranty period. Fees may apply when shipping returned products that show signs of misuse or are not considered defective. Products not returned to you may be disposed of. Free prepaid return shipping labels, to return products for repair or replacement, are provided for U.S. addresses only.
